Throughout the history of the church, Christians have been called upon to explain why we believe what we believe. Paul speaks of his ministry as "the defense and confirmation of the gospel." Peter states that believers need to "be ready to [give an answer] make a defense [apolgeia] to everyone who asks you." I Peter 3:15.

Apologetics has been defined as "the science and art of defending the faith." Not only is the truth of our beliefs an issue, but also the beliefs others hold. To present a case for the truth of the biblical message, "the faith once delivered."

Rampart Ministries seeks to minister to the body of Christ, to provide every Christian with the materials, and ministries needed today, to learn how to articulate and defend their faith in a way that stands up to intellectual criticisms. In the 21st century, there are many facets to the discipline of Christian apologetics.

It's our goal to provide a collection of studies, resources, and ministries which reflects this diversity. Materials, and services, that are meant to strengthen the church, it's leaders and members.
