"...The Lord hath purposed to destroy the wall of the daughter of Zion: he hath stretched out a line, he hath not withdrawn his hand from destroying: therefore he made the rampart and the wall to lament; they languished together." Lamentations 2:8

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts. (John 1:1; II Timothy 3:16-17)

We believe in one God, eternally existent, revealed in three distinct persons, The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 11:27; Acts 1:2, 8).

We believe in the full divinity and humanity of Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son as a fundamental truth of Christianity, our faith. That Jesus was born of a virgin, was crucified, buried, and resurrected from the grave bodily. (Matthew 1:18-19; I Corinthians 15:20-26).

We believe in the vicarious, substitionary and atoning death of Jesus Christ, His shed blood, in His miracles, in the bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal and visible return in power, glory, and of the final judgment of the wicked (Acts 1:6-7; and I Thessalonians 4:13-18, II Thessalonians 1:8).

We believe that all Christians have been commissioned by Jesus Christ to preach the Gospel to a lost and dying world (Mark 13:10; Matthew 28:18-20).

We believe in the present day ministry of the Holy Spirit and by whose presence He [the Holy Spirit] in-dwells and that He empowers all Christians to live godly lives (Acts 2:38; Romans 8:10-11).

We believe that Jesus Christ is the head of the Church, and that the church is comprised of all who have been saved by His grace, those who have by faith, trusted in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, openly and publicly confessing Him before men, believing that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, having therefore turned [repented] from sin, and in obedience to the gospel, being immersed [baptized] in water (Romans 10:9-10; Romans 6:1-4, I Thessalonians 1:8-9, Acts 8:27; Acts 2:37-38; Galatians 3:27).
